On 19/07/2018, the Center for Pedagogical Studies and Research organized a round table with the union of private education in Mauritania
The President of the Center Dr. El moctar Hende welcomed the Participants and introduced the Center clarifying that it is created to bridge the gap between the Mauritanian education system and the world’s successful education systems by supporting two basic education services: Educational research and training.
He also pointed out that the center is holding monthly talks on education in Mauritania, inviting groups of academics, experts and education officials in Mauritania to discuss the importance of education and and its reform.
Appreciating the director’s speech, the union members saluted the Center’s initiative and its ambitious goals. Finally, the discussions concluded with the following recommendations:
1- Improve scientific research in Mauritania and raise public awareness of its importance
2 – Join the efforts of the public and private sectors
3.Integrate private education staff into public education projects
