The organizational structure of the institute consists of the following units: –

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of:

– Chairman of Board of Directors or his/her designee

-Manager of the Pedagogical Institute for Training

– Director of the vocational training department in the guardian ministry

-Director of the Free Education Department in the Guardian Ministry

-A representative of the Mauritanian employers

-President of the Syndicate of Vocational Training

-President of the Syndicate of Private Education Institutions

Administration

-Manager

– Responsible for administrative and financial affairs.

– responsible for preparation and training

– Research and Consulting Officer

-Media and Communication Officer

– Variable number of trained temporary employees as needed
